• 2 years of College level education preferred
• Computer Literacy
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Able to communicate both written and oral English, Arabic language
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer operations such as MS Word, Excel.
• Basic bookkeeping principles.
• Responding to incoming phone calls from patients with optimum professionalism and ensuring that all their requests and inquiries has been attended with active communication
• Promoting, explaining and educating patients about Royal Home Health scope of services, policies and procedures
• Collecting, aggregating and reporting patient needs and expectation in a proactive manner and communicate it to management using methods as instructed by Director of Royale Home Health (reports, emails, meeting etc.)
• Utilizing available information sources to ensure validity and reliability of clinical and non-clinical information communicated to patients
• Booking, scheduling, rescheduling and confirming appointments in coordination with respected team leader and arrange the visit at the earliest and making sure that information about appointment is clear and accessible to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Managing patient accessibility to services and care in accordance to case urgency with safety being the priority of Royale Home health.
• Following up on recommended service plans with stakeholders and promote the anticipated package prices and time scheme to patients.
• Providing patients with service contract, further information if required and collecting signature.
• Explain how to open the link and contract signature in smart technology
• Collecting, sorting and verifying required documents.
• Updating, maintaining and protecting medical records as per the company policy
• Receiving and recording patient feedback and redirecting the information to relevant department.
• Coordinating with business development team to integrate the upcoming promotions and new services.
• Coordinating with the transportation team for scheduling
• Coordinating with billing department regarding payment collection
• Coordinating with call center for patient information and phone transfers.
• Addressing any patient complaints or concerns
• Maintain a list of all referral sources
• Acts in a professional and responsible manner.
• Maintain patient confidentiality
