DR. SULAIMAN AL MAZEEDI

Dr. Sulaiman Al Mazeedi is a highly accomplished and influential figure in the field of healthcare. His unwavering passion for medicine and tireless dedication to improving healthcare outcomes have earned him widespread recognition and respect both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Al Mazeedi embarked on his educational journey from the Faculty of Medicine at Kuwait University; he is also a member of the Kuwaiti Board of General Surgery and the Royal College of Surgeons (England), where he trained in Bariatric and Colorectal Surgery in London, UK. During this period, he honed his clinical skills and developed a profound understanding of complex medical conditions.

Dr. Al Mazeedi dedicated himself to transforming the healthcare landscape in Kuwait. He spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at integrating cutting-edge technology into healthcare delivery systems, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing overall efficiency. His visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to innovation led to the establishment of several groundbreaking projects and initiatives, earning him accolades and recognition from his peers and the wider medical community.

Dr. Abubaker assumes a consultative role; partially leader and partially doer, an experienced visionary and seasoned executive with the responsibility of ensuring that execution supports the strategy elements. This unique background comprises a multitude of different operating experiences, besidesbeing both a creative thinker and influential collaborator. Dr. Abubakr Elmardi often assumes an executive role; He had worn many hats before at a variety of medical establishments before taking on his current responsibilities. Dr. Abubakr Elmardi is a former Head of department at Staffordshire Hospital, UK with vast experience in management of female urinary and pelvic floor disorders, cosmetic vaginal surgeries and menstrual disorders. Royale Hayat’s Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department is an expertin obstetrics and gynecology with sub urogynecology & reconstructive pelvic floor surgery ie. Urodynamic studies, bladder and pelvic floor scanning along with endoscopic, hysteroscopic ablation, morcelation, laparoscopic surgery, normal, operative and caesarian deliveries.

DR OMAR E. EL KHATEEB

Dr. Omar graduated from the University of Alexandria, Egypt with a diploma, Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, Master of Science (Anesthesia & Critical Care Medicine), and MD.

Prior to joining Royale Hayat, he was the Head of Anesthesia & Intensive Care Department, as well as the Deputy General Manager in Mansour Al- Orf Medical Center, Al Jahra Kuwait.

SHIBU MATHEW

Chief Financial Officer

and Director HR

Shibu Mathew first joined Royale Hayat Hospital in 2006 as a member of the pre-opening team. In 2007 he was appointed financial controller; and in 2010 he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Shibu is responsible for long range Investment planning, performance analysis and budget evaluation of all Group companies and he serves as a Board Member for many of these subsidiary companies.

Prior to joining Royale Hayat Hospital he worked as the Accounting Finance and Treasury Manager for various Multi-National Companies. His expertise includes the designing of Accounting Systems and Policies, the Mapping and Roll-out of ERP packages, Feasibility Assessment, Financial/Treasury Management and Developing Timely Statutory, Management and Shareholders Reports.

  • Fellowship in Intensive and neonatal care unit at Children’s hospital, University of Heidelberg – Germany.
